You need to make sure that the client understands that changes affect the cost. You cannot survive on air and sunlight, the hours you put in have to be paid to put food on your table, clothes on your back and coal in the side of my/your aging PC. That’s the way business is done and it should be no different for designers.

Imagine antimatter as an energy source, where one teaspoon can fuel a manned mission to Mars. Or where a tiny battery could power a human household for generations. How much cleaner do you want?
